Door 17 - Nerd Herd

Let's talk geeks! :D

In all the good shows they put in a squad of sidekick geeks who turn up at times to make things more interesting.

The X-files has the Lone Gunmen. A trio of conspiracy theorists. They are Richard "Ringo" Langly, Melvin Frohike and John Fitzgerald Byers.
They help Mulder and Scully figuring out different conspiracies. They were so much fun that they even got their own Spin off series called The Lone Gunmen. The show actually predicted the 9/11 attacks. The pilot episode of the show was about a government conspiracy planing to crash a plane in the World Trade center. Creepy...

On Buffy we got the Trio who stirs up trouble in season six for our heroine. Warren Mears, Andrew Wells and Jonathan Levinson makes up the trio. Some of them we know from before, like Jonathan who's basically been in the show from the get go. He went to school with Buffy and has been seen at several occasions.
Warren was in a episode in s5 before the Trio. Andrew is the only newbie. The members of the Trio are all very different personalities even though they all are geeks. After awhile things don't go as planed. Jonathan is bullied as always, Andrew gets conflicted and Warren ends up being a complete psycho. Their actions lead to some cataclysmic events.

Of course SPN has joined the club with their own gang of wacky geeks. First they were called Hellhounds, Ed Zeddmore and Harry Spangler.
We first meet up with them in season 1's Hell House where they manage to make a ghost come alive through their web page.

In season 3 they are back as Ghostfacers and they've actually managed to recruit to their gang. Ghostfacers is also the name of their reality show that they hope would take them to Hollywood. But somehow they end up with nothing each time they run into Sam and Dean. Poor guys.

Found some interesting pics when I image googled Ghostfacers...

Can't have a party without the boys! ;)

Door 16 - Kripke's Little Bros

You might remember a couple of blog posts ago that I wrote about Kripke's Little Girls. The girls on the show has a tendency to be really scary. This blog is dedicated to Kripke's little boys. The boy on the other hand are those the Winchester bros, and we the viewers, tend to bond with.

The first boy we meet is Lucas, the traumatized son of Amy Acker's character. He saw his dad die and now a ghost from the past tries to communicate through him. At first Dean tries to bond with him to get close to Amy Acker but then he realizes that Lucas is the key to solving the case.

Next one out is the bug-kid Matt who Sam relates to over their fathers lack of understanding about who they really are. Sam gets to work through some daddy issues while Matt is given the opportunity to bond with his father.

Then we have the brave little trooper who notices Wincest bros gayness. "Two queens" he calls them. Lol.. Anyways... Dean relates to him through some childhood memories. They both know who it is to be the big brother who's supposed to take care of their little brother.

Of course we have Dean's little mini me who may or may not be Dean's genetic offspring. This kid is just like Dean. He likes the same stuff, he behaves the same way. Dean can't help but wonder about the fact that this kid is born after a certain time after Dean's sexual encounter with his mom. Even though the kids mom tells him that the kid isn't his Dean still secretly dreams of them being his perfect family.

And lastly we have the super powered little guy who kicks Dean's ass with the help of a magic wish. But Dean doesn't hold it against him though. Instead he helps him handle the bullies. Aww... Deano...

Would have, should have been 8 days left.

Door 15 - Boys And Their Toys

The boys sure like to play with their toys.

Thought I'd make a little tribute to their weapons. Thought it would be easier... I mean I can't be the only one getting turned on by them playing with their guns? Well well... I had a hard time finding good pics on the weapons. That's one of the reasons this blog has been so delayed. But here are some of their toys anyways.

Well start with Papa Winchester and look what he has in his trunk. He's the one who taught the boys everything after all.

OK I don't know anything about guns. The only thing I know about them is that they look very cool on TV but in real life they only hurt people.

I've noticed though that the boys have this one gun, or Dean specifically seems to be using it the most, with a white grip. It looks very cool. I think there's even two of them. Remember seeing them together in one episode. Don't remember which though. I think that the gun Dean's using might be of some importance. Don't know what though.

Of course they also use different types of shotguns loaded with rock-salt. Mostly used against evil spirits. Sometimes the boys use it against others also, like demons and angels or each other.

Setting things on fire is also something they do quite a lot. Salting and burning! Flamethrowers come in handy in those cases.

One of the most important weapons of the show is this piece. The Colt! The only gun in the world that kills anything. Even demons. It plays a major part in killing YED.

There's also the demon killing knife they acquired from Ruby. One of it's kind. Good to have since they manage to loose the Colt.

It doesn't work on angles though.

Poor Cas! Dean don't ever hurt him like that again!! You know you love him.

And lastly we have the most important weapon of all... Sammy him self! His Ipecac-hand exorcises demons to hell with out killing the meat suits.

Sammy's hand also comes in handy when giving pleasure to Dean. But he isn't allowed to use his powers anymore. Apparently Wincest makes God cry and Cas wants to be the one pleasuring Dean him self. On the hood of the Impala... fucking him hard in the ass! Moving mountains with his love. Yeah!!!

Oh yeah the count down is totally fucked... Sleep deprivation and being sick really killed my creativity. But let's say it's 9 days left.

Door 14 - Brothers Fight

Most of the time the brother love each other. But sometimes the man pain takes over and the feel the need to fight each other. Sometimes they do it just because they are siblings and that's what siblings do. Other times they do it because something influenced them to it. Like Sammy getting possessed by 'Meg' or Dean replaced by a shapeshifter.

I get that all the testosterone is hard to control and they sometimes need to use each other as punching bags. But the boys should just give in on the love sometimes as well.

Only 10 days left!

Door 13 - Wacky Time Loops

Sometimes it feels like every day is the same. I'm doing the same thing over and over and over again. But still the time keeps flying away from me. If every day is gonna be the same I wish that I was at least stuck in a time loop. That way I can do stuff with out any consequences. I could watch ever TV show ever made... without ever getting any fatter and older. I could go crazy and do something I've always dreamed about without having to explain my self. I could do anything!

But enough about me. Lets take a look at some clips instead. ;)

Of course the movie Groundhog day is the what every one associates with time loops. It's a brilliant comedy with Bill Murray.

A lot of TV shows has done their own version of time loops. Buffy has Life Serial where the nerd trio time loops the magic box while she's working there. Angel has Time Bomb where Illyria is about to go off and Angel has to stop her. X-files has Monday where Mulder has to stop a bank robbery but ends up dead every time. Farscape has something similar in Back and Back and Back to the Future where some alien scientists experiments with a singularity.

And of course Supernatural has it's Mystery Spot where Sammy has to watch Dean die over and over and over again.

But I have to say that Stargate SG-1 did it the best with it's Window of Opportunity! Everything with that episode is brilliant! Jack O'Neill is hilarious. Love the part where he and Teal'c play golf thought the gate. That's the kind of stuff you can do when you are stuck in a time loop and don't have to think about the consequences.

Who can resist loving Richard Dean Anderson?

11 days left!

Door 12 - Antiquing

For some reason the boys get mistaken for being a gay couple a lot.

Well.. to answer your question Dean... could it be because of this:

Or this...:

Maybe this one has something to do with it?

Here some more:

And the last one:

Wonder why?!

Guess it should have been 12 days left.

Door 11 - SPN & Pop Culture

I was watching the episode Playthings when I came up for the idea for this blog post. The Hotel bar, mostly but also other things, at Pierpont Inn reminded me very much of the Overlook Hotel in Stanley Kubrick's The Shining. Of course it's intentional since Kripke is an evil master mind. Most of SPN is stealings from others work after all. ;)

The Shining...:

...vs SPN:

The end scene from Nightshifter, when the boys get out of the bank, reminds me of how Leon plans to get out of the building in Luc Besson's Leon: The Professional. Of course the boys have better luck than Leon.
Leon...:

...vs SPN:

Hope they kept that SWAt gear. Could get handy at some point.

Then there's the Benders, the episode with the crazy hillbilly cannibals . It's probably inspired by The Hills Have Eyes or something. Haven't seen that movie in ages. But for me it makes me think of Torchwoods Countrycide.

SPN...:

...vs Torchwood:

There are of course loads of references to other movies and TV shows in Supernatural. These were just some I thought of right now. Let me know if you know a scene that reminds you of something else. :)

OK... should have been 14 days left. Gulp... only 2 weeks... O.O

Door 10 - Kripke's Little Girls

Kripke seems afraid of little girls. Scary little girls are in several SPN episodes. Kids are scary so I definitely get where he's coming from. I hate them too! But Kripke seem to think the girls are especially scary.

Already in the pilot we meet a scary little girl. She's not that obvious since she is a part of the ghost sibling duo and only turn up at the end to take care of their murdering ghost mother.

The second scary girl is the inbred preteen cannibal girl from The Benders. She seems harmless and mistreated but she ends up nailing Dean to the wall and getting him caught to be tortured by the rest of the inbred Cannibal family.

Third scary girl is from Provenance. She's the murdering spirit from the creepy portrait. She may look as an innocent sweet little girl which mislead the boys at first. But she ended up being the true demon barber of fleet street.

Then there are the creepy sisters in Playthings where one of them actually wasn't quite alive or the other ones sister. She only wanted someone to play with... for ever.

Next batch of creepy little girls are seen in The Kids Are Alright. Sure Dean's little munchkin got exchanged with an changeling before the end but the main part of the episode we get to see creepy girls as changelings.

Just a couple of episodes later we got an other scary little girl misbehaving. Pure and innocent looking Snow white from Bedtime Stories. Her step mom fed her bleach as a kid and now she's been in come for 16 or something years. Frustrated that no one listens to her she makes the classical Disney stories come true in a horror version.

And last but not least, we got one of the shows main villains. The demon who took over after YED, Lilith! Her first appearance is in Jus In Bello where she turns up and slaughters the very same people Sam and Dean thought they saved. She's evil and she likes to possess little girls. By the time e get to see her again she has switched bodies.
Aww... cute! Looks like Lilith might have a "big-bro" crush on Dean. Cuddling like that. Dean doesn't look that impressed though. ;)

Yeah yeah... still behind! Should have been 13 days.

Door 9 - Long Arm of the Law

The boys seem to get in trouble with the law quite a few times. Wonder why? It's not like they are up to anything that would set of the authorities radars. ;) Hunting is their job but conning is their way of life.

Now let's see what they have been up to:
  • Murder
  • Bank Robbery
  • Credit car fraud
  • Identity Theft
  • Breaking and entering
  • Assault
  • Grave desecration

Enough rambling let's just take a look our selves.

Of course we love it when they get in trouble with the law. It makes them look like bad boys, just enough for us to like them more. It also makes the show so much more interesting.

But they should try to keep out of trouble so they don't end up in jail... for real.

But they do look cute in the orange jumpsuits. :P

It's a bit shorter blog today but the vid is long so hopefully that'll compensate.

Lalalala.... If I hadn't been too many days behind it would have been 15 days left until Christmas eve.

Door 8 - Sammy's Bad Girls

I think we all know by now that Sammy really loves the bad girls. What you don't believe me? Well I'll prove it to you!

Already in the pilot we can see him going for the bad girls. While he is making out with a ghost woman his girl next door like girlfriend is being killed by YED.

Wow! Sarah Shahi is one hot female! She can sit on me and do nasty things any day. ;)

A couple of episodes in, a short time after his girlfriends death, he is kissing a girl who's so bad she doesn't even know it. She pretends to be a nice and well behaved priest's daughter but her mind is so naughty she conjures up an evil spirit.

Check out the Pada-hands! OMG! His hands are the sexiest part of him. His hands and arms.

Half way into the first season he meets up with a third bad girl. His first demon crush. At their first meeting she pretends to be a normal girl but he sees right through her and stalks her. Sam peeps through her window and she invites him to some bondage fun if he brings Dean with him. Later she thanks him by trying to kill their daddy.

Lol Dean is so fun! "Next time you wanna get laid pick one who's not buckets of crazy".

In season 2 he gets mad at a vampire hunter who's trying to kill his newest crush. But as it turns out she wasn't bad enough for him so she gets dumped.

Cute! Amber Benson as a vampire. Amber was Tara on Buffy. If I remember correctly Mercedes McNab (Harmony) also gets to be a vampire on SPN.

Since he's going for the monster movie collection his next conquest becomes a werewolf. And she so bad he has to kill her him self. Woah! Bring on the man pain!!

Jared knows how to make the sex hot! :P Love the end scene in that episode. So much man pain. *cry* And Deans heart breaking for his brothers sake. Teary Dean! Poor guy.

Season 3 introduces 2 bad girls and you know Sam's gotta have them both. But since one of them doesn't seem to take any notice of him, he has to settle with only having her in his dreams.

That Bela dream is one of the best things ever on SPN! It's pure brilliance! Jared is such an awesome actor. Note how awkward he gets when Bela turns up. Expecting her to not having any clothes on when she takes her coat of. lol Sammeh!

With the second one he has to wait until brother Dean is dead before feeling screwed enough to stoop to that level of badness. He makes her jump through some hoops before finally sealing the deal. She was bad but her first 2 bodies wasn't bad enough for him. Guess the third one is the charm! ;)

Yeah yeah! We've seen it dozens of times by now... but damn it's hot!! And Dean being funny as always! "Brain stabbing imagery aside..."

Door 7 - The Road so Far

I just love those "previously on..." in Supernatural. They are like mini music vids with all the crap that's been going on and now are important for the episode.

Carry on Wayward - Kansas:

Fight the Good Fight - Triumph:

Stranglehold - Ted Nugent

Time Has Come Today - The Chambers Brothers

Wheel In the Sky - Journey

Should have been 17 days left.

Door 6 - Womanizer re-visited

So day 2 was about some of the women from the first season of Supernatural. To day I'm gonna do the rest of the women from that season. They do like their women, there's so many of them! ;)

Nicki Aycox - Meg - Scarecrow
Nicki Aycox plays the bad ass demon of season 1. She pretends to be a helpless hitchhiker that Slam runs into after having a fight with Dean. Coincident? Don't think so! She was also Syl, one of Max's mutant siblings in Dark Angel. But you might need to be a hard core Sci-fi fan to remember her apparence in DA. And apparently there's still people out there who haven't seen DA! There's spanking heading your way! Love her panties in that pic. :D

Julie Benz - Layla - Faith
Julie Benz plays the religious chick with an inoperable brain tumor and who is looking for some faith healing when she gets bumped by Dean. Dean gets the healing instead and has to live with the fact that Layla is gonna die.

Julie has done a whole lot of stuff. Now she is on Dexter where she plays Dexter's wife to be. She is also known as Darla from Buffy and Angel. Sci-fi nerds also remembers her as Topolsky from Roswell and Kate Keys from Spielberg's Taken.

Megalyn Echikunwoke - Cassie - Route 666
Megalyn plays Dean's first real love. She was his potential girlfriend but when he told her the truth about who he is she dumped him. So when he gets a phone call from her years later he knows it's important. Of course he get to rescue her and show her what a bad mistake she made by dumping him. Also she's the one who gave us our first Winchester sex scene.

Megalyn has also been in a lot of TV shows. She's probably most known as Isabelle Tyler from The 4400. She was also Hyde's sister Angie in That 70's show and David Palmer's daughter Nicole in 24.

Jessica Steen - Kathleen - The Benders
In Benders she plays the police officer who discovers Dean as a con artist. But he manages to charm her to help him find Sam who's been kidnapped. But she isn't completely convinced by his act and ends up cuffing him to her car. Yay! Bring out the toys on the first date! ;)

Jessica has also been in NCIS where she played the lovely Agent Cassidy. She was also the first Doctor Weir in Stargate. And many years ago she was one of the explorers in Earth 2.

Taylor Cole - Sarah - Provenance
Taylor played Sam's first real love interest since Jessica's death. He wanted to fuck her but was afraid thinking everyone he loves gets hurt. But we know better! She just wasn't bad enough. Slam likes his women a little bit bad after all.

If I had posted this blog in time it would have been 18 days left until xmas.
